Born from the legacy of a second-generation coffee family, Olman Sauceda is a professional coffee taster and producer dedicated to the art of specialty coffee. His journey began with his family’s farm, where he launched the Finca Elite project with a vision to combine tradition and innovation.

Located in the ideal coffee-growing region of Mozonte, Nueva Segovia, at 1,450–1,650 meters, this family-run farm aims to be a benchmark for high-end coffee. By adapting unique varieties like Chiroso, Orange Geisha, Sidra, and Pink Bourbon to Nicaragua’s climate, Finca Elite is helping to position the country in international markets with coffees that have one-of-a-kind profiles.

Their commitment to quality recently earned them First Place in the 2025 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence for a honey-processed Geisha lot. This victory is a testament to the hard work and passion behind the project, confirming their vision and dedication to maintaining excellence.

We have proudly worked with Olman Sauceda since 2018, sourcing exceptional coffees from his operations. Finca Elite is not just growing coffee; it’s cultivating identity, diversity, and excellence, and we are thrilled to see them represent Nicaragua as the 2025 Cup of Excellence champions.
